摘要
研究了热电锅炉用1Cr18Ni9钢管经变形和时效处理后的组织、性能与拉伸变形的关系。研究结果表明:钢管的抗拉强度,屈服强度和硬度随着变形量增加而增加,断后伸长率随之下降。随着钢管变形程度增加,硬度大幅上升;而时效时间对硬度影响较小。经800℃×3 000 h的时效处理后,未预变形的钢管在750℃下的高温塑性有所降低;而拉伸变形后钢管在750℃下的高温塑性有小幅提高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 1Cr18Ni9 steel tube were studied by means of deformation and aging treatment, and the relationship between the microstructure and properties and the tensile deformation of 1Cr18Ni9 steel was studied. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the steel tube increase with the increase of tensile deformation, whereas the elongation decreases. The hardness greatly increases with the increase of deformation, while aging time has little effect on the hardness. After aging treatment at 800 ℃ for 3 000 h, the plasticity of the steel pipe at 750 ℃ reduces; while the plasticity of the tensile-deformed steel pipe increases.
