摘要 以相似原理为基础,通过建立1∶4的水模型对单流板坯连铸中间包进行模拟研究。研究了在不同的流量下挡墙挡坝位置以及挡坝高度对中间包流场的影响,得出了最佳内腔的控流装置组合。研究表明,最佳控流装置组合的挡墙和长水口距离为390 mm,挡墙和挡坝距离130 mm,挡坝高度为135 mm的效果较佳。在流量分别为1.01 m^3/h和1.26 m^3/h时,最短响应时间分别增加了25.8 s、30.6 s,中间包钢液实际停留时间延长了64.07 s、58.93 s,死区体积分别减小了14.62%、16.77%。 Based on similarity principle, a tundish prototype for one strand slab continuous casting was studied by establishing a water model with the ratio of model∶prototype=1∶4. The impact of the location of dam and the height of dam on the flow field in tundish at different flow rate was investigated to gain the best combination of flow control devices in the inner cavity. The results show that the best combination of flow control device includes the distance between weir and long nozzle of 390 mm, the distance between weir and dam of 80 mm, and the dam height of 135 mm. When the flow rate is 1.01 m^3/h and 1.26 m^3/h, the shortest residence time increases by 25.8 s and 30.6 s, the actual average residence time increases by 64.07 s and 58.93 s, and dead area ratio decreases by 14.62% and 16.77%, respectively.
