摘要
以AZ31B薄板为研究对象,建立多点弯曲成形的有限元模型,再以韧性损伤值作为弯裂的表征指标,采用线性插值数学模型计算出有限元模型中最小相对弯曲半径,得出薄板厚度变化对AZ31B镁板弯曲极限大小的影响规律。
Taking AZ31 B sheet as the object, a FEM model for the simulation of multi-point bending process was established taking ductile damage as the indication of the crack, and based on the mathematical model of linear interpolation, the limits of the bending radius in each finite element model were calculated. The effects of the sheet thickness on the limits of multi-point bending were studied.
