摘要
针对铸造定量浇注系统具有时变、非线性、干扰多等因素导致精细控制难于实现,通过分析某型电磁泵定量浇注系统工作原理及生产流程,得到电磁泵定量浇注系统数学模型,在系统自身具有双参数控制特征的基础上改造设计了PID控制器,并进行仿真试验分析。仿真结果表明,基于PID的铸造定量浇注控制系统能够有效的控制浇注速度且具有良好的快速性、稳定性和鲁棒性。
In view of the problems to be difficult to achieve the fine control in the quantitative pouring system due to time-varying, nonlinear and interference factors, through the analysis of the working principle and production process of a certain type of electromagnetic pump quantitative pouring system, a mathematical model of the electromagnetic pump quantitative pouring system was established, and based on the itself characteristics of double parameter control, a PID controller was designed and simulated. The results show that the quantitative pouring system based on PID controller can effectively control casting speed, quickness and stability, and has good robustness.
