摘要
研究了新型镁合金电控箱体的砂型铸造工艺,讨论了浇注工艺的优化过程。对铸件浇注过程和凝固过程进行数值模拟,预判铸件的缺陷,并反复优化工艺设计,直至充型平稳,凝固顺序合理,得出最优的设计方案。实验表明,经过优化后的工艺所浇注出来的铸件,缺陷很少,有利于镁合金电控箱体的批量生产。
The new forming process of sand mould casting for magnesium alloy electric control box was studied, and the optimizing process of pouring technology was discussed. The casting technology and solidification process were numerically simulated to predict casting defects and repeatedly optimize process design, so as to get the optimal design process with smooth mold filling and reasonable solidification sequence. Experiments show that, after the technical optimization, the defects in the produced casting are rare, the optimal process can be used for mass production.
