摘要
结合高斯热源模型与圆柱热源模型,对SS304不锈钢在不同温度下的性能进行仿真和分析。在持续恒定的热输入情况下建立热源模型,通过仿真模拟焊接参数,分析焊接中温度和残余应力复杂的变化过程,得出材料在高温下的性能。
Combining Gauss heat source model with the cylindrical heat source model, the performance of SS304 stainless steel at different temperatures were simulated and analyzed. A heat source model was established under sustained constant heat input, through simulation of welding parameters and analysis of complex change process of welding temperature and residual stress, the material properties at high temperatures were obtained.
