摘要
综述了当前对轧辊工作表面疲劳裂纹的研究方法,分析了影响疲劳裂纹产生及扩展规律的主要因素。结果表明,目前采用的研究方法主要是实验法和仿真方法;影响因素主要有碳化物、轧辊转速、冷却速度、载荷应力、表面纹理等。研究结果可为进一步研究轧辊工作表面裂纹的产生规律提供参考。
The research methods about fatigue crack on the surface of roller were summarized, and the main factors influencing generation and propagation of fatigue crack in roller were analyzed. The results show that the main research methods are the experimental method and simulation method; the main influence factors include carbide, roller rotary,cooling intensity, stress, surface texture, and so on. The results can provide a reference for the further research on the roller surface cracks.
