铸态Mg-4Li-xSn合金组织和力学性能研究

摘要 采用OM、XRD、SEM对铸态Mg-4%Li-(1,3,5)%Sn合金进行微观组织、成分和形貌研究,同时利用万能试验机和显微硬度计对其力学性能和硬度进行分析。结果表明,Sn元素能细化Mg-4Li合金晶粒,同时析出Li_2MgSn相和Mg_2Sn相;随着Sn添加量增加,析出相含量增多,合金抗拉强度及硬度提高,合金的伸长率先增加后下降;当添加3%Sn时,合金的抗拉强度达到122.79 MPa,伸长率达到12.76%,硬度为56 HB。 Through OM, XRD and SEM, the microstructure, composition and mechanical properties of as cast Mg-4%Li-(1,3,5)% Sn alloys were analyzed. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties and hardness of the alloys were studied by universal testing machine and microhardness tester. The results show that Sn can refine the grain structure of the alloy and precipitate Li_2Mg Sn and Mg_2Sn phase; by increasing Sn concentration, the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy improve while the elongation first increase and then decrease; when adding 3% of Sn, the tensile strength of the alloy is 122.79 MPa,elongation is 12.76% and hardness is around 56 HB。
