摘要
针对某压铸件厂在生产过程中慢压射阶段易发生卷气的问题,探究慢压射过程中加速度的选择对最终压射室中气体含量的影响。建立某型号压铸机压射室的模型,运用合理的公式计算相应条件下的慢压射速度及加速度,并选择3种不同的加速方式,以CFD仿真软件Fluent模拟出不同加速情形下的流场分布。结果表明:三种加速条件下,都存在一定程度的卷气现象,但是卷气量的多少及发生卷气的部位有所不同,相较而言,采用带有初速度的加速方式效果较优。
Aiming at the problem of volume gas during slow pressure injection of a casting manufacture, the influence of acceleration in the process of slow pressure injection on the gas content in the final pressure chamber was explored. A certain type of die casting machine model of the ventricular pressure was established using reasonable formula under the corresponding conditions slow injection speed and acceleration, and three different acceleration methods were selected, the flow field distribution under different acceleration was simulate d using CFD simulation software FLUENT. The results show that, under the three conditions, there is a certain degree of volume gas phenomenon, but the volume gas amount and the location are different.
