摘要
采用不同厚度海工钢E500、E550、E690和E460进行船级社认证前实验室试验,结果表明,K型坡口易产生焊接缺陷。焊接变形难控制的困难经过一系列钝边的选择、打底焊道工艺参数优化和反面第一道焊接工艺参数优化,使得焊接接头性能均满足船级社要求。使海工钢突破了认证门槛,在辽河油田、中集等海工钢一线企业得到应用。
The offshore steel E500 E550 E690 and E460 with different thickness were tested in laboratory before classification society certification. The results show that the K-groove is easy to produce welding defects. Aimed at the difficulty of welding deformation difficult to control, through a series of new technologies such as the edge of the choice,backing welding process parameters optimization and the first back line of welding process parameters optimization, the welding joint performance can satisfy the requirements of classification society. The steel was applied in the companies like CIMC and Liaohe oilfield.
