摘要 小型回旋针零件材料为2A11硬铝,尺寸小而切削困难,可以采用冷挤压的方法生产。通过DEFORM-3D金属体积成形软件,模拟了2A11硬铝小型回旋针的冷挤压成形过程。结果表明,零件充填饱满、质量好,不但节约材料而且提高了生产效率。 The 2A11 duralumin cyclotron needle is difficult to cut because of samll size, and the cold extrusion forming is used to prepare it due to its good plasticity. The cold extrusion forming of cyclotron needle was simulated by DEFORM-3D software. The results show that the forming part of the cold extrusion process shows a full filling and good quality, which not only to save material and improve the efficiency greatly.
