摘要
通过对龙门加工中心滑枕铸件结构特点的分析,确定其浇注工艺方案,运用Pro CAST软件对滑枕铸件的铸造过程进行模拟分析,对铁液的充型、凝固过程进行可视化观察。结果表明:采用阶梯式浇注系统,浇注温度为1 380℃,浇注速度为1 m/s时,铸件的充型及凝固过程合理,并通过实际试制生产验证了该工艺方案的可行性,为实际生产提供了理论依据和指导。
It ensure the scheme of pouring process through analysis the structure of ram casting for gantry machining center. Numerical Simulation of casting process for ram casting by ProCAST software, which visual observation of filling and solidification process of molten Iron liquid. The results show that adopt step gating system and pouring temperature is1380 ℃, casting speed of 1 m/s, the filling and solidification process of castings is reasonable, through the actual trial production to verify the feasibility of this process, which provides theoretical foundation and guidance for practical production.
