摘要
针对铅、锑熔点、密度不同的特点,采用电阻炉熔化,倒包搅拌;树脂砂消失模造外形,水玻璃砂刮板制芯,设计芯铁,减少用砂,增加排气,完成大型薄壁铅锑合金铸件的铸造。
Aimed at the characteristics of melting points and density of lead and antimony, using resistance furnace melting, slag package stirring, resin sand moulding, sodium silicate sand coring with scraper system, designing core iron,strengthening exhaust, the production of the large thin-wall lead antimony alloy casting was completed.
