摘要
利用CAE分析技术和逆向工程技术,找出前支架铸件断裂的原因并改进结构设计。结果表明:CAE分析技术和逆向工程技术应用在汽车零件设计中,可以大大缩短汽车零件的制造周期,节约成本、提高生产效益;前支架铸件经投产后,产品各项指标均满足实际生产要求,质量较高。
CAE analysis and reverse engineering techniques were used to find out the cause of fracture of the front bracket casting and improve the structural design.The results show that the application of CAE analysis technology and reverse engineering technology in automobile parts design can greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle of automobile parts,save costs and improve production efficiency.After the front bracket casting is put into production,all indexes of the product meet the actual production requirements,and the quality is high.
