摘要
由于环保和节能的需要,汽车轻量化已经成为世界汽车发展的潮流,兼具低密度和高强韧的低密度钢可以保证不牺牲汽车结构零件强度的前提下尽量减轻汽车自重。综述了国内外Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢的研究现状、汽车轻量化途径、不同种类低密度钢的组织和性能特点及其强化机理。
Because of the need of environmental protection and energy saving,automobile lightweight has become the trend of world automobile development.Low density steel with low density、high strength and toughness can reduce automobile weight as far as possible without sacrificing the strength of automobile structural parts.The current status of Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steels both at home and abroad was summarized,including the way of automobile lightweight,the structure and properties of different kinds of low density steels,and the strengthening mechanism of low density steels.
