摘要
在高压开关灭弧类产品中,部分产品需要通过提高自身电导率,减小回路电阻。通过控制AlSi10Mg合金中Ti含量(≤0.03%),采用Sr变质处理和热处理时效(190℃),改善其Si相的组织形态和分布,导致电导率提升。在保证力学性能的前提下,将合金电导率提高至23.5 Ms/m以上,满足电工材料产品需求。
In high-voltage switch arc extinction products,some products need to improve their own conductivity,to reduce the circuit resistance.By controlling the Ti content in Al Sil0Mg alloy(≤0.03%),Sr modification and heat treatment aging(l90℃)were adopted to improve the morphology and distribution of Si phase,leading to the improvement of conductivity.On the premise of ensuring mechanical properties,the conductivity of the alloy is increased to more than 23.5 Ms/m to meet the requirements of electrical materials.
