摘要
介绍了发动机气缸体采用铁型覆膜砂铸造时,喷涂工艺的优化应用。从涂料的选择、喷涂设备的选择、改造,喷涂工艺参数等进行了优化和验证。解决了铸件表面粘砂、烧结缺陷,取得了良好的效果。
The optimization application of spraying technology when the engine cylinder block casting with iron mold coated sand was introduced.The optimization and verification of coating selection,spraying equipment selection,modification and spraying process parameters were carried out.The results show that the defects of casting surface sticking sand and sintering are solved and good results are obtained.
