摘要
以某微车为例,对该车型进行平台翻滚(FMVSS208)工况实验方法设计、有限元模型建立以及翻滚仿真分析研究。详细介绍了整车有限元模型的轮胎、悬架、转向系统、动力总成等主要部件建模方法、连接方式等;重点对平台翻滚有限元仿真进行分析,主要是工况设置、挡板与地面摩擦系数设置、加速度计与角加速度计连接方式以及车辆落地时的角度和角速度拟合等。通过设置弹簧阻尼线性失效、焊点时间失效等模拟悬架失效与横梁折弯变形,将仿真分析结果与实验结果进行对标分析,验证模型的准确性,为进一步研究车辆翻滚碰撞安全提供依据与参考。
Experimental rolling test under FMVSS208 standard,and simulation based on FEA for a subcompact car have been conducted and introduced in this paper. The vehicle finite element model of the tire,suspension,steering system,power train and other major components modeling methods,connection methods and contact settings have been introduced in detail,especially the configurations of the baffle and the ground friction coefficient,the connection of the accelerometer and the angular accelerometer,and the fitting of angular velocity when the vehicle landed. By setting up the failureof the spring-damping system,solder jointsor suspension system including beam bending deformation,the experimental and simulation results can act as a fundamental guideline for further research on the safety of vehicle rolling collision.
