摘要
采用AVL-EXCITE软件对发动机关键摩擦副进行仿真,分析转速和机油粘度对发动机润滑状态和摩擦功耗的影响。为验证仿真结果的正确性,选用3种机油(SM 5W30作为参比油,两种不同粘度的低粘度机油SN 5W20和SN 0W20作为测试油)进行机械损失台试验。试验结果表明,摩擦损失扭矩和损失功率随发动机转速的增加而增加。3种机油粘度越低,减磨降耗的效果越明显。与参比油相比,使用低粘度的润滑油摩擦损失功率最高可降低5.45%。
Based on AVL-EXCITE software,the key frictional pairs of engine are simulated. The influence of speed and oil viscosity on engine lubrication and friction power are analyzed. As verification,three kinds of oil( SM 5 W30 as the base oil,low viscosity oil SN 5 W20 and SN 0 W20 as the test oil) were chosen for mechanical loss test. The testing results show that the torque loss and the power loss increase with the engine speed. The effects of reducing wear and tear are significant when the oil with low viscosity is applied. Comparing with the reference oil,the frictional power loss can be reduced up to 5. 45% by using low viscosity lubricating oil.
