摘要
主轴转速是渐进成形过程中重要的工艺参数之一。研究了渐进成形中主轴转速对AA7075-O铝合金板材成形性和表面质量的影响,同时记录了不同转速下板材的温度变化趋势。实验结果表明,随着转速增加,板料温度不断增加;表面粗糙度在水平方向和竖直方向呈现不同的变化趋势:在竖直方向上,零件的粗糙度随着转速Vr的增大而逐渐减小;在水平方向上,粗糙度值变化趋势是一个先升后降的过程,在Vr为2 000 r/min时粗糙度达到最大。
The spindle speed is one of the important process parameters in incremental sheet forming( ISF). AA7075-O aluminium alloy sheets are chosen to study the influence of spindle speed on formability and surface quality in ISF,and the variation trend of temperature of formed parts is monitored. The results show that the temperature of sheet increases with the spindle speed,and the formability generally strengthens with the increaseof rotating speed. The surface roughness has a different tendency in horizontal( parallel to tool path) and vertical( perpendicular to tool path) directions. The surface roughness decreases with the increase of spindle speed in vertical direction. Whilst the surface roughness in horizontal direction first rises then falls,and the peak appears at 2000 r/min.
