基于行人头部保护的汽车发动机罩优化设计 被引量:3

The Improvement of Pedestrian Head Injury by Optimizing the Structure of the Engine Hood

摘要 为降低行人在交通事故中受到的伤害,基于HYPERMESH&LS-DYNA建立了汽车发动机罩和头型冲击器的有限元模型,分析了在一定车速和碰撞角度下乘员头部的损伤情况。针对乘员损伤情况,研究了其改进措施。结果表明,选用Opti Struct拓扑优化方法对发动机罩内板进行结构上的优化,头部伤害值(HIC)分别由376.331、486.965、1 006.410降低到了336.272、396.397、791.641。该方法有效降低了行人在交通事故中受到的损伤。 To reduce the injury of pedestrians in traffic accidents,a finite element model of automobile hood and head impactor is built based on HYPERMESH and LS-DYNA. The damage of occupant head under certain speed and impact angle is analyzed. In view of the damage of occupants,the Opti Struct topological improving method is used to optimize the inner structure of engine hood. The results demonstrate that the head injury values( HIC) are reduced from 376. 331,486. 965 and 1 006. 410 to336. 272,396. 397 and 791. 641,respectively. Therefore,this method can effectively reduce the damage to pedestrians in traffic accidents.
