基于路面平整度的货物约束系统振动响应分析

摘要 研究了在给定路面平整度条件下,货物经约束拉紧器约束时的振动响应问题。首先在ADAMS中建立了车辆-货物-约束拉紧器系统的动力学模型;然后分析了车速为50 km/h时,在较差的E级路面情况下,货物约束拉紧器约束下的振动响应问题,结果表明约束拉紧器对货物振动响应有30%左右的减震效果。随后分析了不同速度以及拉紧器不同刚度下的货物振动响应,为针对不同路况条件下选择合适的车辆运行速度以及拉紧器的选型提供了理论参考。 Under the condition of given traveled surface roughness,the vibration response of cargo under the constraint of cargo restraint tensioner is obtained. Firstly,the dynamic model of vehicle-cargo-constrained tensioner system is established in ADAMS. This paper analyzes the constraining response problem of cargo restraint tensioner to the cargo under the condition of E-class pavement when the speed is 50 km/h. The result shows that the constrained tensioner reduces about 30% of vibration response of the cargo. Analysis of the vibration response of the cargo under the different speed and stiffness of the tensioner has been carried out. It provides a theoretical guideline for selecting the appropriate speed and the type of tensioner for various road conditions.
