摘要 针对旋转机械在发生故障时产生的异常振动和噪声问题,利用压电加速度传感器、电涡流位移传感器、声学传感器并结合NI PXIe-4492数据采集卡搭建了测试平台,采用Lab VIEW软件设计了测量分析系统,从而实现对旋转机械转子运行过程中的振动和噪声进行测量和分析。以转子试验台为测试对象,验证了系统的有效性,为旋转机械故障诊断提供了依据,并证明了可以在一定程度上使用噪声信号代替振动信号来观测转子运行状态。 Rotating machinery are often accompanied by abnormal vibration and noise in the event of faults. For the vibration and noise of the rotating machinery rotors,a testing platform equipped with NI PXIe-4492 data acquisition card has been built up by assembling of piezoelectric accelerometers,eddy current displacement sensors,and acoustic sensors. Based on the LabVIEW software,a measuring and analyzing system is designed to monitor and process the vibration and noise signals acquired during the operation of rotating machine rotor. Practical validation has been conducted in this work. It provides guideline for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery,and proves that the noise signal can replace the vibration signal to monitor the status of the rotor in working conditions
