运转中回转窑托轮和轮带外表面修复方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 在回转窑长期运行过程中,支撑负载的托轮和轮带的接触运行工作表面易发生点蚀、剥落、不均匀磨损等,出现凹凸变形,引起托轮工作面的局部过载、托轮轴瓦过热,从而阻碍窑体正常上下移动运行,影响回转窑运行状态。针对国内现有回转窑托轮和轮带修复方法的不足,设计了一种新型专用砂带磨削机,用于托轮和轮带表面缺陷的在线修复。阐述托轮和轮带的动态轴线测量方法,以及实现磨削机导轨与被加工旋转体动态轴线空间平行的测量和调整方法。 Under long-term of working condition,the contact surface of the rollers and tyre,which is responsible for the main load of the rotary kiln,is prone to pitting,peeling and uneven wear etc. These mechanical failures result in local overload and bearing overheating of rollers,thereby causing abnormal movement of the kiln body,such as irregularities or deformations.Aiming to improve the domestic repairing methods,a new kind of special belt grinding machine is designed in this work. It is capable of repairing the outer surface defects on rollers and tyre of the rotary kiln on-line. This paper describes the method of measuring the dynamic axis of the running rollers( or tyre),including the methodologies of measuring and adjusting the guide rail of the grinding machine which is spatially moving along the dynamic axis of the processing rotary body.
