基于情境匹配的汽轮机工艺知识推荐技术

摘要 针对复杂产品的工艺设计知识复杂,涉及到的相关知识多,用户需求各异而导致知识获取效率及利用效率低下、精度不高等问题,提出了基于情境匹配的工艺知识推荐方法。通过分析汽轮机工艺设计过程中的工艺知识活动,结合云制造的相关理念,提出了基于知识推荐技术的汽轮机工艺设计方法。构建了多维层次汽轮机工艺知识情境模型和工艺知识表示模型,并将工艺知识情境与工艺知识进行映射形成汽轮机工艺知识情境案例库。构建了包括工艺知识需求情境模型、工艺知识基础数据模型以及工艺知识推荐过程的工艺知识推荐模型,结合推荐模型,实现了基于情境匹配的工艺知识推荐方法。以某型号的汽轮机叶片的工艺设计过程为例,验证了该知识推荐方法的可行性和有效性。 Due to various requirements from end users and large volume and complexity of the process design knowledge for complex products,the efficiency and accuracy of knowledge acquisition are normally unacceptable. In this work,a model for recommending knowledge based on context matching is proposed. The model analyses the activities of the process knowledge in the field of steam turbine. In detail,multidimensional hierarchical steam turbine process knowledge context model and process knowledge representation model were constructed. The context of the process knowledge was mapped to the process knowledge themselves,thereby forming the steam turbine process knowledge context case reservoir. The process knowledge recommendation model including demand context model,basic data model and recommendation process was constructed. Taking the process design of a steam turbine blade as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the knowledge recommendation method has been verified.
