Research of Tyre Gap Monitoring System in Rotary Kiln

摘要 针对回转窑筒体上的轮带间隙过大会使筒体椭圆变形变大,导致窑衬砖松动脱落,引发"红窑"停产事故的问题,通过分析轮带间隙对窑安全转动的影响,设计了基于Lab VIEW的回转窑轮带间隙监测系统,以实现轮带热态间隙的在线监测及合理控制。仿真实验证明:该系统能够在0. 03 mm的测量误差内稳定运行。该监测系统为保证回转窑轮带热态间隙控制在合理范围提供了一种先进的在线监测方法。 The excessive gaps between the tyres and rollers of the rotary kiln lead to elliptical deformation,causing detachment of kiln lining bricks and the'red kiln'accident. By analyzing the influence of the gaps between the tyres and rollers when the kiln is safely rotating,a Lab VIEW-based system monitoring and controlling the gaps between the tyres and rollers was designed. Simulation result shows that the system is able to keep the measurement error within 0. 03 mm. The developed system provides an advanced on-line monitoring method to ensure that the gaps between the tyres and rollers of the rotary kiln is controlled within a reasonable range.
