基于虚拟仪器的汽车行驶跑偏测试系统误差校准研究

Error Analysis and Calibration of Vehicle-wandering Testing System Based on Virtual Instrument

摘要 针对汽车行驶跑偏测试系统存在各种误差的问题,通过对其误差的归类分析,相对应地提出了3种解决办法,创造性地运用了一种针对该系统的误差校准基理,并结合Lab VIEW编写了校准程序。试验表明,该程序能成功实现对汽车跑偏测试系统的误差校准,显著减少误差对所设计系统测量结果的影响,使测试系统精度大幅提高,很好地满足了对新下线车辆跑偏量测试的需求。 Any test inevitably exists all kinds of error. It’s necessary to classify the nature of these errors,in terms of its causes,and the compensation method which can improve the measurement precision and eliminate the error as far as possible.This paper proposed corresponding solutions to different kinds of error for the vehicle’s driving-wandering testing system based on laser ranging. A novel calibration method was built-up. The calibration procedure was written with Lab VIEW. Experiments indicated that the current program can be implemented successfully for calibrating the error of vehicle driving-wandering testing system. It is able to significantly decrease the influence of the error on the measuring results,thereby greatly increasing the measuring accuracy,and meeting the demand of new vehicle’s driving-wandering test.
