不同铺层角度编织复合材料力学性能的试验研究 被引量:3

Influence of Ply Angle on Mechanical Properties of Woven Composites

摘要 为了探究铺层角度对二维编织复合材料力学性能的影响规律,针对不同铺层角度纤维方向的试样进行了拉伸、弯曲和简支梁冲击性能试验来对比其力学性能。实验结果表明,铺层角度明显地影响其力学性能,其中二维编织复合材料沿[(0,90)]铺层试样相较于[(±45)]试样,拉伸强度提升了3.72倍,能够承受的最大弯曲载荷提升了2倍,而耐冲击性提高1.67倍,为编织复合材料车身覆盖件的设计提供了试验基础。 In order to explore influence of ply angle on the mechanical properties of 2 D woven composites,tensile, bending, and charpy impact tests are carried out to contrast the mechanical properties of woven fabric laminated composite in [(0,90)] and [(±45)] fibre orientations. The results show that different layers significantly influence the mechanical properties. Comparing [(0,90)] specimen with [(±45)] specimen, it shows 2.67 times impact resistance, strength and stiffness are improved 3.72 times and 2 times respectively, therefore providing an experimental basis for the design of braided composite body cover.
