摘要
以汽车外流场仿真作为研究对象,对网格划分问题进行试验分析。首先设置10组试验方案并与初始模型进行计算速度、精度的比较;并对网格划分密度与仿真计算速度和精度进行相关性分析,并求解线性回归拟合方程;最后,结合仿真分析的压力云图与速度云图,进一步分析网格密度与仿真结果之间的关系,并提出了网格密度最优化设计方案,可极大地节省计算机资源,提高仿真效率。
In this paper,the meshing of the external flow field of automobile is investigated.Ten groups of test schemes are set up and compared with the initial model,aiming to calculate the speed and precision.By using correlation analysis,the linear regression has been obtained based on the analysis of the calculation speed and accuracy varying with the meshing density.Finally,according to the pressure cloud map and speed cloud map,an optimal meshing density has been proposed.This optimal design is able to provide a new idea as well as greatly save computer resources and improve the simulation efficiency.
