摘要
针对目前石板材表面加工生产线自动化程度低,生产效率低,人工成本大等问题,设计了吸附式机械手作为生产线中板材的上下料主要机构。该机构主要由伺服电机、液压缸、真空吸盘、真空发生器等组成。电机与链轮连接驱动机械手在直线导轨上前后移动。运输机构依靠伺服电机与行星齿轮减速器驱动输送辊完成板材运输。机械手装有翻转液压缸、吸盘架升降液压缸和吸盘架伸缩液压缸,其中伸缩液压缸与平面连杆机构连接实现吸盘架的伸缩,大大提高了生产线自动化程度及生产效率。
To overcome the challenges of the current stone plate surface processing production line in terms of lack of automation,low efficiency,and high labour cost,this paper introduces an adsorbing manipulator for loading and unloading the plate in the production line.This absorbing manipulator consists of servo motor,hydraulic cylinder,vacuum suction cups,and vacuum generator.The motors and sprockets are connected and drive the manipulator on the linear guide rail.The transportation of the platerelies on the conveyor rollers which are driven by the servo motors assisting with planetary gear reducers.The manipulator is equipped with a flip hydraulic cylinder,a suction cup lifting hydraulic cylinder,and a suction cup telescopic hydraulic cylinder.The telescopic hydraulic cylinder is connected with aplanar linkage mechanism to realize the expansion and contraction of the suction cup holder.By utilizing the design introduced in this paper,the automation degree and efficiency of the production line has been improved.
