摘要
构架作为重要的高铁零件,其加工过程的智能化水平需进一步提升。针对机床生产过程中,需要在自动识别构架类型并下载正确型号及版本的数控代码前应用机器视觉技术,进行零件识别防错。对此研究了图像比对算法,对高铁关键零件加工过程中的的应用方案进行了规划与设计,并通过现场应用,结果证明相关技术的有效性。
Main-frame is one of the most important components of the high-speed train.The level of intelligent manufacturing in main-frame’s manufacturing process is required to be further improved.This paper focuses on the demand formistake-proofing during the automated process of identifying the component’s product type and downloading the numerical control codes based on machine vision technology.Figure comparing algorithms,the design and plan of the practical scheme for manufacturing the main-frame of the high-speed train have been developed and investigated in this work.The result showed that the developed techniqueis valid in the component’s manufacture of the high-speed train.
