NAVA技术在腹腔高压机械通气患者的应用研究现状及进展 被引量:3

摘要 器官功能支持及保护是危重症医学临床实践的重要内容之一,机械通气[1](mechanical ventilation,MV)作为器官功能支持的一种,是临床危重症患者呼吸功能支持的一种重要方法,对于急诊抢救室、重症监护室及普通科室的临床抢救和生命支持起到非常重要的作用,目前,临床应用呼吸机辅助通气的主要目的是减轻患者呼吸肌做功和提供适当的气体交换。 Mechanical ventilation is commonly used in respiratory function support.However,traditional ventilation mode is prone to ventilator-associated lung injury.Neurally adjusted ventilatory assist(NAVA)is a new ventilation mode developed in recent years,which uses electrical activity of the Diaphragm(Edi)to control the ventilator parameters,and is closer to the physiological human breathing.Edi is affected by many factors,one of which is the celiac pressure.This article reviews the use of NAVA and Intra-abdominal hypertension.
