摘要
目的:分析探究蛋白印记T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子-3(Tim-3)和半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)介导在脓毒症中的免疫调节及其机制研究。方法:选取我院2017-04-2018-06期间收治的确诊为脓毒症的患者30例,另选在我院接受健康体检者30例,分别作为研究组和对照组,借助不同组研究者体内的RNA,逆转录后通过PCR扩增检测患者体内的蛋白印记Tim-3和Galectin-9表达程度。结果:研究组患者的蛋白印记Tim-3和Galectin-9表达程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者体内T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞含量明显小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者体内的吞噬细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者CD_4^+、CD_8^+并计算CD_4^+/CD_8^+显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症的发生常常伴随蛋白印记Tim-3和Galectin-9表达程度的异常升高,患者的免疫力较差,体内免疫细胞含量的异常以及吞噬细胞等被异常激活,具较严谨的信号通路,在临床诊断中可参考体内的免疫细胞数量进行确诊,具较高的参考价值。
Objective:To investigate the immune regulation mediated by protein imprinted T cell immunoglobulin mucin molecule-3(Tim-3)and galectin-9(Galectin-9)in sepsis and its mechanism.Method:Thirty sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study group, and 30 healthy people were selected as control group after physical examination. The expression of Tim-3 and Galectin-9 were detected by PCR after reverse transcription with the help of RNA from different groups of researchers.Result:The expression of Tim-3 and Galectin-9 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The content of T lymphocyte and other immune cells in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The number of phagocytes in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The level of CD4+, CD8+, and calculated CD4+/CD8+ in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05) respectively.Conclusion:The occurrence of sepsis is often accompanied by an abnormal elevation of the expression of Tim-3 and Galectin-9, poor immunity, abnormal content of immune cells in vivo and abnormal activation of phagocytes. It has a rigorous signal pathway. It can be diagnosed by the number of immune cells in vivo and has high reference value.
