生脉注射液联合亚低温在心肺复苏中的多器官保护的临床研究 被引量:4

Effect of Shengmai injection combined with mild hypothermia on multi-organism protection in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation

摘要 目的:探讨生脉注射液联合亚低温对心肺复苏患者心肌、肝脏、肾脏和脑功能的保护作用及对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)变化的影响。方法:回顾性研究2015-03—2018-09期间心肺复苏术成功的60例患者,分成对照组和观察组。对照组单纯采用亚低温治疗方式,观察组采用生脉注射液联合亚低温治疗方式,比较两组患者治疗前后心肌功能、肝肾功能及NSE水平和GCS评分。结果:两组患者治疗后观察组的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)和B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)显著低于对照组,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和肌酐(Cr),NSE均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GCS评分显著高于对照组。结论:心肺复苏患者采用生脉注射液联合亚低温治疗可显著改善心肌功能,肝肾功能,调节体内NSE水平,具有较高的临床治疗价值。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Shengmai injection combined with mild hypothermia on myocardial and hepatic and renal function in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its effect on NSE changes.Method:A total of 60 patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation were divided into two groups from March 2015 to September 2018.one group was treated with hypothermia.The other group was treated with Shengmai injection.Myocardium,cardiac function,liver and kidney function,and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels were measured before and after treatment.Result:Creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),cardiac muscle calcium(cTnT)and B-type natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,alanine aminotransferase(ALT).and creatinine(Cr),NSE were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),GCS score was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:The use of Shengmai injection combined with mild hypothermia in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation can significantly improve myocardial function,liver and kidney function,and regulate NSE levels in vivo,which has high clinical value.
