摘要
世界上已有好多国家实行了面粉的营养强化.本文在说明面粉强化的重要性和面粉强化进展的基础上,从食品的营养科学观点出发,论述了我国生产强化面粉的必要性,进而提出五项建议.
Quite a number of countries have been focusing on the nutriment-enriched flour. While laying emphasis on the significance of enriching flour in nutrients and the process of enrichment, the author points out the necessity of the production of enriched flour in our country from the angle of nutritional science of diet and accordingly, puts forward five suggestions concerned.
