摘要
本文根据两相流原理,测定和分析了旋风分离器在不同输送浓度比条件下的压损比,得到在较大输送浓度比条件下,旋风分离器的两相流压损大于纯空气压损,即压损比大于1的结论.从而证明过去认为旋风分离器的两相流压损低于纯空气压损,即压损比小于1的结论在较高输送浓度比条件下是不成立的.在实验和理论分析基础上,提出了在较高浓度的气力输送设计中,要考虑浓度比对压损的影响.
Based on the two-phase current principle, the paper determines and analyses the pressure loss ratio of a cyclone under the conditions of different conveyance concentration ratios and as a result, comes up with the following conclusion, the pressure loss of two-phase current of a cyclone is greater than that of pure air, that is to say, greater than 1 This proves that the former conclusion that the pressure loss of two-phase current of a cyclone is less than that of pure air, that is to say, less than 1 , is untenable under the condition of high conveyance concentration ratio. The author, through experimentation and theoretical analysis, holds that the effect of concentration ratio on the pressure loss should be taken into consideration in the design of pneumatic conveyance with a high concentration.
