随着粮食、饲料、谷物食品工业的机械化程度的提高,谷物粉尘爆炸事故越来越多.各国研究者对谷物粉尘的特性、粉尘爆炸的机理、爆炸的条件和原因,以及防止粉尘爆炸的措施作了研究,本文概述了各国的研究状况和有待进一步研究的问题.

With the popularization of machinery in grain, feed and foodstuffs industries, there have been recorded more and more grain flour dust explosions.Researchers in various countries have been making a study of the characteristics of grain :flour dust, the mechanism, conditions and causes of its explosion and the way to prevent it. The following article gives a brief account of the foreign researches in this field and the problems to be further tackled.
