几种PVC稳定剂在热氧老化方面的作用及协同效应

摘要 本文根据大量实验数据和曲线阐述了PVC稳定剂DOTG、DBTM、BHBM、EBHPT及HOBP(分子结构式见附录)在PVC热加工中的作用、机理以及它们相互间复合使用的比率与防PVC热氧、光氧老化的关系及其协同效应情况. it is shown that a thiol u. v. stabilzer and a thiol heat stabilizer can be effectively bound to PVC during processing in the presence of an alk-yltin stabilizer. Thiol u.v.stabilizer interferes with the processing stability of PVC to a lesser extent than a conventional u. v. stabilizer ( 2 -hydroxy-4 octoxy benzophenone ) ( HOBP ) . The reason why DOTG has a good heat stabilization on PVC during processing. The heat stabilizers and u. v. stabilizers have a good synergistic action on PVC with their best molor ratio in the thermal-oxidative photo stabilization, however, the molar ratio relate to the stabilizer activity on PVC.The mechanism above is discussed and a new idea is offered which about theoretical quantity of .sta-bilizer used in PVC.
