All the aspects that impair the quality of wheat powder are taken into account, and paper advanees a new method of grading the quality of wheat powder by using fuzzy modol identification in mathematics. The result of using this method reveals thet it is much better than that of grading the better than to the precision of processing which is now being used in our country.
