KW molding line in our country is the earliest introduced automatichigh Pres- sure molding production line for automobile castings in large batches.After a brief introduction of KW molding line,a summary of technical management and equiment maintaince experience of the line is made.An introduction of technical transformation of cod ejecting position,manipulater part and transmission is given and an emphatic introduction of size adjustment of cooling apron and mold conveyer of the line is presented.
