运动人体科学实验课项目化教学探索

Exploration of Project-based Teaching of Human Sport Science Experiment

运用文献资料和专家访谈等研究方法 ,对高等体育院校运动人体科学实验课的教学现状进行分析,指出传统实验课教学模式存在的主要问题,并从培养高素质体育人才的高度,探讨运动人体科学实验课进行项目化教学的主要方式。本文对项目化教学的理论进行研究后,将项目化教学运用于运动人体科学实验课教学,从而逐步实行独立的实验课教学体系,建立合理的实验教学考核评估体系,创建符合时代要求的现代运动人体科学实验课教学模式。

With the methods of literature and expert interview, the article analyzes the present situation of the higher sports colleges and universities human sport science experiment teaching and points out the main problems of traditional experiment teaching mode. From the height of training high-quality sports talents, it discusses the main ways of project-based teaching of human sport science experiment. In this paper, the theory of project-based teaching is studied and project-based teaching is applied on human sport science experiment teaching, so as to gradually implement independent experiment teaching system, establishing reasonable evaluation system of experimental teaching evaluation and create human sport science experiment teaching mode meeting the requirements of the present era.
