摘要
阐述软式排球的运动价值和青少年身心发育特点,提出在中小学体育课上开展软式排球具有重要意义。通过调查研究得出影响软式排球在中小学开展的因素,并提出推进软式排球运动在中小学开展的对策。
This paper elaborates soft volleyball sports value and the characteristics of the adolescent physical and mental development, and puts forward that carrying out soft volleyball in primary and secondary schools P.E.classes is of great significance. Through investigation and study, it concludes the influencing factors of carrying out soft volleyball in middle and primary schools, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting carrying out soft volleyball sports in elementary and middle schools.
