摘要
采用问卷调查和数理统计等方法分析了大学生个人情况和对就业看法的关系。通过调查发现以下问题:已签约和未签约的学生就业理念主观因素差别较大;个人情况与对就业理念客观因素的认识存在显著不同;学习优劣和签约情况相关性较强;不同类别的学生就业理念存在差别。针对问题提出要正确认识和认真分析就业理念,做好思想教育引导工作;推动毕业生就业政策的完善与落实;优化学科专业设置、创新人才培养模式;加强和改进就业指导工作;协同创新探索校内学习和社会就业的有效融合衔接模式等对策。
Using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, it analyzes the relationship between individual situation and ideas about employment. Through the survey it finds the following questions: there is a greater difference of subjective factors on employment ideas between the students who have not signed contract and those who have signed contract; personal situation and understanding of objective factors on employment concept were significantly different; There is a correlation between learning quality and signing contracts; Different categories of student employment idea is different. In view of the problems, it puts forward correct understanding andcareful analyzing employment concept, doing a good job in ideological education guidance work; promoting and implementing the employment policy; optimizing the set of disciplines, innovative talent training mode; strengthening and improving the employment guidance work and exploring constructing employment mode of effective cohesion of campus learning and social employment.
