摘要
考察长期进行太极拳锻炼对中老年人的心肺功能、心脑血管的作用,为太极拳作为中老年人适宜的锻炼方式提供理论依据,运用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法等记录相关的数据。发现中老年人长期坚持练太极拳肺活量会得到提升;中老年人血压可以得以控制及降低。因此,中老年人长期坚持练太极拳对心肺功能、心脑血管健康有显著提高作用。
The article investigates the role of long-time Taijiquan exercise on the elderly cardiopulmonary function and heart and cerebral vessels to provide theatrical basis for Taijiquan as a suitable exercise for old people,using the methods of literature material, interview, experimental and other related to record the data. It finds that the old people insisting for a long time to practice tai chi chuan whose lung capacity has been improved and whose blood pressure can be controlled or lowered. Therefore, it considers that the elderly insisting for a long time to practice tai chi has significant role on cardiopulmonary function and cardiovascular function.
