摘要
以河南省高校体育教师为研究对象,分析高校体育教师工作满意度和工作绩效现状及其在人口统计学变量上的差异性,同时从管理心理学的视角探讨学校环境对高校体育教师工作满意度和工作绩效的影响,以期进一步优化学校内部管理环境,调动工作积极性。
Taking PE teachers in colleges and universities in Henan province as the research object, this paper analyses present situation of college PE teachers' job satisfaction and job performance and their differences in demographic variables. At the same time, it discusses the influence of school environment on college PE teachers' job satisfaction and job performance from the Angle of management,thus further optimizing the environment of school internal management and arousing work enthusiasm.
