价值链管理作为一种战略性的管理方法 ,是当前国际上企业管理的新模式,也是我国体育产业化管理的薄弱环节。近年来,随着中国职业篮球联赛市场化水平的不断提升,赛事的影响力和竞争力也得以快速提高。传统的以行政干预为主要手段的管理理念与细分化的市场格局之间形成了一种绝对不对称的对立关系。因此,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,从价值链管理的视角构建了中国职业篮球联赛价值链管理模型和具体的管理模式,最后,提出了差异化战略、成本优势战略和专一化战略的发展规划。旨在进一步丰富和完善中国职业篮球联赛管理理论,推进管理创新,提升联赛的核心竞争力。
Value chain management, as a strategic management method, is a new mode of current international enterprise management, and it is also a weak link of our country's sports industrialization management. In recent years, with the improvement of the level of marketization of CBA, the influence of the event and competitiveness has increased rapidly. The traditional management concept with administrative intervention as the main means has an absolute opposite relation to the differentiation of market pattern. Therefore, with the methods of literature material law, expert interview and logical analysis, the article builds the value chain management mode and specific management mode of CBA from the perspective of value chain management. Finally, it puts forward strategic development plan of differentiation strategy, cost advantage strategy and the development of specialization, aiming to further enrich and perfect CBA management theory and promote management innovation and enhance core competitiveness of the league.
