南阳市体校赛艇项目发展现状分析与对策研究

Analysis of the Present Situation and Research on the Countermeasures of Rowing Project Development of Nanyang Sports School

南阳市体校赛艇队自1994年建队以来,一直是南阳竞技体育的拳头项目,向省以上专业队和大专院校输送一大批优秀人才,为南阳的竞技体育带来过无数的荣誉,被国家体育总局评为国家赛艇高水平体育后备人才基地,但是最近几年的项目发展中,总不能非常顺利地发挥项目的带头作用,在河南省以及全国青少年比赛中的成绩优势越来越小。本文通过南阳体校赛艇队在去年结束的四年一届省运动会备战大周期过程中的一系列问题及与取得的成效进行分析,探讨南阳体校赛艇的发展对策,认为对赛艇运动项目的推广不到位、培养方向不正确造成了选材难、队员出路难以及场地的原因等,是南阳市体校赛艇队训练中存在的主要问题,并对南阳市体校赛艇队今后的发展提出了新的要求以及发展方向。

The rowing team of Nanyang Sports School has always been Nanyang fist project of competitive sports since it was built in 1994, which has conveyed a large number of outstanding talents for provincial professional leagues and higher institutions and won countless honors for Nanyang competitive sports. It was evaluated as high level rowing sports reserve talented person base by the state general administration of sports, but it can't play the leading role of the project very well in recent years, and it performance advantage has become smaller and smaller in Henan province and the national youth competition. By analyzing a series of problems appeared in the last provincial sports meeting and the results, this paper discusses the countermeasures of rowing project development of Nanyang Sports School, whicn thinks that the main problems of Nanyang rowing team training are the inadequate rowing project promotion, incorrect training direction leading to difficult material selection, difficult employment of players and the venue, etc..It puts forward new requirements and development direction for the future development of the rowing team of Nanyang sports school.
