摘要
目前体育界大量运用音乐帮助运动员进行训练后疲劳恢复,但是对于不同的音乐旋律类型、节奏等因素在不同专业运动员缓解运动疲劳作用之差别研究较少。本项目将选择田径、民族传统体育、健美操三个运动项目,分别研究轻音乐、民族音乐和爵士乐对于各专业运动员训练后疲劳恢复作用差异。本项目将采用实证研究,结合定性研究和定量研究,针对代表性的运动项目和音乐类型,取得较为全面详尽的实验数据,从而归纳出具有较为普遍性的舒缓音乐选择规律,为提高运动员训练水平和竞技水平做出贡献。
Recently many athletes listen to music to recovery after sports training. There is little research about the differences for different types of music to relieve fatigue. The project has chosen three sports types, track and field, traditional sports, and calisthenics, to study the differences among light music, folk music and jazz for different sports players to relieve fatigue. Empirical research is adopted in this project, combining with qualitative research and quantitative research, in view of the representative types of sports and music, made a more comprehensive and detailed experimental data, which induces the soothing music selection with more universality rule, contributing to improving athletes' training level and competitive level.
