烟田常用化学农药对白僵菌孢子和菌丝的影响 被引量:17

摘要 测定了5种杀虫剂和5种杀菌剂对白僵菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,杀虫剂对白僵菌的兼容性好于杀菌剂。杀虫剂辟蚜雾、功夫、氧化乐果对白僵菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响小,混用时孢子萌发率超过80%,残效实验孢子萌发率分别为90 67%,90 67%,72 00%,因此可以与白僵菌同时使用或混用。百菌清、菌核净、多菌灵等杀菌剂抑制了白僵菌孢子的萌发和菌丝生长(萌发率不超过13%),不应与白僵菌同时使用或混用。在化学农药与白僵菌混用时必须先进行严格的试验。 The effects of 5 insecticides and 5 fungicides on the conidia germination and the mycelia growth of Beauveria bassiana were investigated. The results showed that the insecticides were more compatible with B.bassiana than the fungicides. Three insecticides, pirimicarb, lambda-cyhalothrin and omethoate, had lower effect on the conidia germination and the mycelia growth of B.bassiana, the germination rates exceeded 80% in the combining experiment, and could be used together. But three fungicides, chlorothalonil, dimetachlone and carbendazim, had strong restrain capability and could not be combined with B.bassiana. It is necessary that the experiment of compatibility should be conducted before combining chemical pesticides and B.bassiana.
