施氮水平及钾素配比对晒烟生理生化特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 不同施氮水平及钾素配比对晒烟生化变化研究结果表明,叶绿体色素含量犁板叶>歪尾巴>Va934,中、上部叶随叶位的升高而下降,随施N水平及N∶K的提高而增加。同一施N水平及N∶K总酚与类黄酮含量随叶位上升而明显增加,不同施N水平时则随施N量增加略有减少,提高施N水平及N∶K比例有利于Va934的总酚和类黄酮含量的增加。对POD和PPO活性的影响因品种叶位及施N水平、N∶K略有差异;品种间NR活性犁板叶<Va934<歪尾巴。3种N,K水平下Pro的含量都是犁板叶>Va934>歪尾巴,且上部叶高于中下部叶。MDA含量随叶位升高而增加,Va934>犁板叶>歪尾巴。比叶重的作用效果是Va934>歪尾巴>犁板叶。 The results of the physiological and biochemical changes of the test show that the content of chloroplast pigment is difference which Libangyie is biger then waiweiba and then Va 934. And it is dropping along with the leaf position increasing, but increases with N level and N∶K ratio improving. Flavonoid increases along with the leaf position up, and less reduce with N increasing. The content of total phenol and flavonoid favor to Va 934 increase with N level and N∶K rate. The active of POD and PPO are different from leaf position, N level and N∶K rate. The active of NR Libangyie is less than Va 934 and waiweiba. The content of Pro Libangyie is bigger than Va 934 and then waiweiba in three N levels, and the top leaf is higher than that of bottom. The content of MDA increase along with leaf position up, and Va 934 is bigger than Libangyie and waiweiba. Effect of the ratio of dry leaf weight is Va 934>waiweiba>Libangyie.
